At present she is living in Chandigarh. In 2015 she was declared Miss world punjaban organised by doordarshan jalandhar. She got many offers from pollywood ,but she only likes movies with good script. She really cares her role in the movie.

Saggu got her education from khalsa college Amritsar. This was the place where she performed in various Punjabi dramas. She loves theatre. Audience praised Manpreet’s role in dramas Jhansi di rani and channan de ohle.
