DEV KHAROUD TO NOW BE SEEN AS “DSP DEV” RELEASING UNDER THE BANNER OF DREAM REALITY MOVIES
After his success in the film industry as an Actor, Dev Kharoud is all ready to release his new film, DSP Dev which will be releasing under the banner of Dream Reality Movies.
Dev Kharoud is one of the actors in the industry which are really actors and have learned or are trained in the particularly acting field. Otherwise, Punjabi films only take singers in the movie rather than actors.
There is a long struggle for actors in the Punjabi industry and that is because of the main reason that the actor is not a singer. Which is abrupt but yes, it is true, we can see number of releases every month out of which almost 80% films of Punjabi cinema is lead by singers and not by actors.
The reason being is that there is audience behind singers and new actors just become a chance to invest and keep your money at risk. Which is one of the reasons that why industry is not growing that rapidly.
Although, it feels like a proud moment when we see actors like Dev Kharoud, Binnu Dhillon, Gurpeet Ghughi, Malkeet Rauni, Jimmy Shergill and others who really belong to acting line and they are doing good films in industry.
Dev Kharoud is best known for his films like Dakuaan Da Munda, Rupinder Gandhi and others, whereas the zone in which people love to see him is “action films”. And this coming films is also a pack of action, the trailer of DSP Dev is released in YouTube and people are loving it.
This time Dev Kharoud is seen in all new look and is playing role of a DSP in the film. The police officer seems naughty and cool in the trailer, on the other hand he is very hard to handle too, with his actions.
Sometimes it feels like Robinhood Pandey of Bollywood film Dabang as the storyline seems to be remake of that but nobody has mentioned that on screen. While the vibes are kind of same. Although we never know, what is behind the full show and there can be difference in this scenario.
DSP Dev is produced by Ravneet Kaur Chahal, Gurbinder Singh Sidhu, Manmord Sidhu and Rajesh Kumar. Rajinder Raja being, executive producer of the film.
Story and Screenplay is written by Inderpal Singh and Direction will be done by Mandeep Banipal, well known for films like Sada Haqq, Yodha and Dev’s very hit film of times, Dakuaan Da Munda. Gaurav Gr Bargota is associate director.
Gurpreet Bhullar has writer dialogues of the film, whereas DOP is Dhirendra Shukla.
If we look towards music of DSP Dev, it is done by Laddi Gill and Gurmeet Singh. Lyrics are written by Happy Raikoti and Gill Raunta. Songs will be song by very well-known singers like Kamal Khan, Nachhatar Gill, Mannat Noor and Himmat Sandhu.
