102 Not Out is an upcoming Bollywood movie that brings two legends, Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor together on the screens almost after 27 years again. Previously they have done some classical evergreen movies together like Kabhi Kabhi (1976), Amar Akbar Anthony (1977), Naseeb (1981), and Coolie (1983). 102 Not Out movie is a comedy tale based on a Gujarati Novel written by Saumya Joshi which is the story of a 102 year old man and his 75 years old son. 102 year old man wants to desires to break the record of oldest man in the world.
The movie is directed by the director of very famous movie OMG-Oh My God, Umesh Shukla. Trailer of 102 Not out the movie is already out of YouTube and it has collaborated with the movies PadMan and Aiyaari on screens. The release date of 102 Not out is set at 4 May 2018. The film is produced by Sony Pictures Entertainment India along with Treetop Entertainment & Bench Mark Productions.
Thugs of Hindostan
Thugs of Hindostan is one of the upcoming movies of Katrina Kaif that will be an epic period drama film and is based on an 1839’s novel titled as ‘Confessions of a Thug’ written by Philip Meadows Taylor. The fiction novel is a story about a thug named as Ameer Ali who with his team challenges British Empire in India (which was known as Hindostan before). The story is set in between (1790-1805). The story of Thugs of Hindostan is written and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya.
Thugs of Hindostan star cast includes Amir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Sheikh in leading role. This is the first time that Amitabh Bachchan is doing a film with Amir Khan, they have never be seen sharing a screen before.
In Thugs of Hindostan, Amitabh Bachchan is playing the role of adoptive father of Ameer Ali (Main thug, on which the story is based). The character of Amitabh Bachchan is named as “Ismail”. Amir Khan is playing the role of Ameer Ali, who is an orphaned child which is brought up by a Thug, Ismail. And, Katrina Kaif will be playing the role of Classical Indian Character. Thugs of Hindostan release date is set on 7th November 2018. The movie is produced by Yash Raj films.
Goomketh
Goomketh is a comedy film starring various well-known actors of Bollywood industry like Nawazuddin Sidiqqui who plays role of an Protagonist along with Amitabh Bachchan, Sonakshi Sinha, Ranvir Singh, Ragini Khanna, Richa Chadda, Anurag Kashyap, Raghubir Yadav & Lla Arun. The film is produced by Anurag Kashyap, Vikas Bahl, Vikramaditya Matwane, Madhu Mantena.
Writer and director of this film is Pushpendra Nath Mishra. Goomketh is the third movie in which Nawazuddin Sidiqqui will be seen playing a comedy role after Bajrangi Bhaijaan with Salman Khan and in Freaky Ali while the movie also features Anurag Kashyap who will be seen playing role of a lazy Police officer and Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in Cameo role.
Goomketh release date is said to be 16th November 2018. Production of this movie is done by Phantom Films. The shooting of the movie started in January 2018 and the locations are Ahraura, Mirzapur Dist. near Varanasi & Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Shoebite
Shoebite is one of the movies which are the result of a long delay and finally we have news that the shoot of this film has been started. Passing through many difficulties the director of hit movies like Piku, Madras Cafe, October and Vicky Donor, Shoojit Sirca has starting shooting of Shoebite.
The film is based on the life of a man named John Pereira who is in his 60’s and have a though of Self Discovery which makes his journey adventurous. Shoebite is produced by UTV Motion Pictures.
Lyrics of the songs of this movie are penned by Gulzar. Along with Big B, we have Dia Mirza, Nawazuddin Sidiqqui, Sarika & Jimmy Shergill sharing the screen together. The shoebite release date is probably set to 2019.
